I have two St. Louis PMs. I have tried on the GM and don’t recall much of a difference in shoulder drop. The GM was much too large. I beliege I can get the PM or GM on over a coat, but it’s snug. I think there may be some pics here: If you can only have one Goyard St Louis, which size and color will you choose.
Absolutely no regrets! The quality is amazing, and it's actually more robust feeling than my LV Keepall 50. I haven't yet had a Goyard in my hand, but I've seen the Saint Louis around a LOT and it always looks super thin and cheap, with the items inside poking out through the canvas really hard. Artois MM. Pros: This is the perfect size. I found that the St Louis PM was too small and GM was too large. The Artois MM was perfectly in-between. I like that the corners are reinforced with leather and that the straps are said to be more durable than the SL.Mar 26, 2009. #6. I love the light weight of the bag and how it looks so effortless. I’ve been watching a ton of videos and reviews online to figure out if the St Louis is durable and if the sizing would be good for me. I am 5”2 and wanted to make sure this bag . IMO, I prefer the GM as I like larger bags and how they look. The St. Louis is a thin and slouchy bag from the start but I have noticed that when it slouches more as I put things in it, it does make it look smaller (or at least less wide.) I would definitely go with whichever bag you think would look better on you.
